Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.03.2026 before the 2nd and 3rd respondents to retract the illegal election notification, to assume direct management of the Waqf under Section 64 (i) (j) of the Waqf Act 1995, take action against the violators, and thereafter conduct a fresh, fair, and transparent election. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.Mohammed Fayaz Ali, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 13.03.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
