Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record. 2. The revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of Title Suit No. 517 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 2nd Court, Asansol to the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 1st Court, Asansol wherein Title Suit No. 516 of 2025 being the prior suit is pending. 3. It appears that the suit property is common and some of the parties are also common. 4. It further appears that the petitioner has made an application before the learned District Judge, which this Court is of the view is not a proper one. 5. Considering that the prayer for transfer is from one Court to another in the same District, the District Judge of the respective district is empowered to consider the said prayer for transfer. 6. The Civil Revision is accordingly disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate 2 application before the learned District Judge, Paschim Burdwan praying for such transfer which the learned Court shall decide in accordance with law. 7. It is noted that as no affidavits have been called for, none of the statements made against the respondents is deemed to have been admitted. 8.
