JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 23/04/2026 The present miscellaneous application has been filed for correction/modification in order dated 02.04.2026 passed in S.B. CWP No.5853/2026. [2026:RJ-JP:17236] (2 of 2) [WMAP-169/2026] It is submitted that the original order was decided for filing of representation considering thereof in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792), in accordance with law, however, the same was to be ordered as “a fresh representation filed by the petitioner, be considered by the respondents in light of the ‘State Government Policy’ dated 01.07.2022”. Heard. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the memo of application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that in the contents of order dated 02.04.2026 passed in S.B. CWP No.5853/2026, in para 1 and 3 the reference made to the Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) be read as “that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation, within a period of seven working days, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, before the respondents, who shall consider the same, promptly, in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and strictly in accordance with law”. It is made clear that the rest of the contents of order dated 02.04.2026 be maintained as such, and the present order be treated as part and parcel of the said order. (SAMEER JAIN),J DEEPAK /s-133
