This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeks modi8cation of the order dated 09.07.2026 passed by this Court in MCRCA No. 823 of 2026, wherein the Police Station was inadvertently mentioned as “Police Station-Sankara, District- Mahasamund” instead of “Police Station- Tikarapara, Raipur District- Raipur." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 09.07.2026, at paragraph No. 1, the name of Police Station appears to KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 have been inadvertently wrongly been mentioned as “Police Station- Sankara District-Mahasamund (C.G.)” which in fact should have been “Police Station- Tikarapara, Raipur District- Raipur (C.G.)”, hence he prays to correct the name of Police Station. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel has no objection. 4. The prayer made by the petitioner appears to be reasonable as because of the inadvertent mistake, the said error has been made in the order dated 09.07.2026 passed by this Court in MCRCA No. 823/2026 and in paragraph No. 1, in place of “Police Station-Sankara District- Mahasamund (C.G.)”, the same shall be read as “Police Station- Tikarapara, Raipur District- Raipur (C.G.)”. 5. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands allowed. 6. A copy of this order be placed along with MCRCA No. 823 of 2026. 7.
