Heard Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Sri K. Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The Petitioners have not even been arraigned as Accused pursuant to the FIR lodged by the De facto complainant. Their names are also not given in the FIR. The Appraisal Report is also awaited. 4. Therefore, the apprehension of the Petitioners that the police are likely to arrest them is misplaced one. 3 5. The present Criminal Petition has been filed at a premature stage. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the Petitioners may approach this Court as and when the police seek to apprehend them by arraigning them as accused in the present case.
