Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from certain medical problems and, therefore, is questioning the impugned order (Annexure P-1), whereby he has been transferred from Government Middle School, Bundeli, Block Manendragarh, District Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, to a place of posting at the option of the District Education Officer, District Surajpur. He further submits that the petitioner's daughter is studying in Class IX at Manendragarh and JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2026.08.14 16:34:25 +0530 2 that the mid-session transfer of the petitioner is in violation of the State Transfer Policy. Accordingly, learned counsel prays for quashing of the impugned transfer order. 2. Per contra, learned State counsel opposes the petition and submits that, in case the petitioner submits a representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Considering the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner and the submission made by learned State counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation before the competent Transfer Committee constituted under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy within a period of 10 days from today. In case such representation is submitted within the aforesaid period, the competent Transfer Committee shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law and the applicable Transfer Policy, preferably within a period of 20 days thereafter. 5.
