JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) This writ petition (Habeas Corpus) is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the daughter of the writ petitioner before this Court. 2. The writ petition is filed on the premises that the daughter of the writ petitioner is kept under illegal detention by respondent No.4 herein. 3. Learned State Public Prosecutor has placed on record a memo along with documents and photographs, which shows that a marriage under the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has been registered between the petitioner's daughter and respondent No.4 and that the petitioner's daughter has given a written statement before the Madanayakanahalli police station, stating that she got married to respondent No.4 on 22.06.2026 and the marriage has been registered on 30.06.2026. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010489612026 NC: 2026:KHC:37566-DB WPHC No. 74 of 2026 3.
