The petitioner prays for pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.224 of 2026 dated 17.06.2026 under Sections 137(2)/140(3) of the BNS, 2023 on the ground of false implication and a pre-existing love relationship between the petitioner and the victim. 2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail and produces the case diary. 3. Upon considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. 4. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, dismissed. 2 5.
