Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned Direction/circular 25.07.2019 issued by the Director, Directorate of Panchayat. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to consider the counting of services of the petitioner from the initial date of appointment 14.01.2011 for absorption in school education department from 2019 and grant seniority from the initial date of appointment. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to give any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner as per the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within a specified time frame. Petitioner may also be permitted to submit fresh representation to be considered by concerned respondent authorities along with pending representation. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at 3 / 3 this stage, permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before respondent no. 3 and 4 and if such representation is submitted then respondent authorities shall consider and take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner along with pending representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
