1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the notice dated 29.09.2021 issued by the respondent no.2 and further direct the respondent no. 2 & 3 not to disturb the possession of the petitioner and secure her right to enjoy over property under the scheme as stated above by permanently allotting houses to the petitioner as per possession over the houses. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 & 3 not to take any action either to evict the petitioner from the houses or forcing them to left their house as they are living and allotted houses after following due process of law. 10.3 That, the case of the petitioner is similar to petitioners in WP(C) no.718/2021 and therefore seeking similar relief as granted by this Hon'ble Court. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”
2. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 would submit that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relief that the petitioner may not be evicted from the house possessed by her. It is contention of learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 that the house which is possessed by the petitioner has been allotted to her and he has also placed the copy of the allotment letter in her favour before the Court during the course of argument.
He also submits that in the above facts of the case, as the house has already been allotted to the petitioner, she will not be forcefully evicted from the
3 house possessed by her and nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition. 3. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3, this writ petition is disposed of in view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 & 3 that the house possessed by the petitioner has been allotted to her.
