The grievance of the petitioners is in respect of the board put up on the property belonging to the petitioners, as found at Annexures-Q and Q1/photographs. However, the learned High Court Government Pleader has also furnished copies of photographs taken on 11.02.2026 and submits that the board was removed on 11.02.2026 and this writ petition was filed on 18.03.2026, enclosing a photograph taken on 06.01.2026. Learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the writ petition is required to be dismissed with costs imposed on the petitioners for making false allegations against the respondent authorities. 3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned High Court Government Pleader and the photographs furnished by the learned High Court Government Pleader which are taken on record along with the memo, the writ petition stands disposed of in view of the fact that the board has been removed from the property belonging to the petitioners and the grievances of the petitioners are redressed. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18395 WP No. 9730 of 2026 Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
