Last application made by the petitioner was in the year 2022. The same did not materialize. 2. Considerable period of time has elapsed in the meantime and there may have been change in circumstances. 3. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh online application seeking transfer disclosing the ground for the same. Page 2 4. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest. 5.
