Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- "(I) To direct the Learned Additional District Judge/POCSO, Shamli to decide the Criminal Revsion No.45/2024 (Arun Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and others) within stipulated time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the revisionist and the revision of the petitioner is pending since 2024. He submits that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the revision in a time bound manner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge/POCSO, Shamli to decide the Criminal Revision No.45 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
