JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR
Order 23/04/2026
1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 59/2026 registered at Police Station Mantown, District Sawai Madhopur for the offences under Sections 319(2), 318(4) and 61(2)(a) of BNS and Section 66D of IT Act.
2.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the similarly placed co-accused Kirodi has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 18.04.2026 and the present petitioner is akin to the co- accused. It is alleged against the petitioner that he provided his account to the main accused Abhishek. It is also contended that
[2026:RJ-JP:17308] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-5756/2026] Abhishek has also been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 01.04.2024. The accused-petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2026 and trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the fact that the Co-ordinate Bench and this Court has granted bail to the other similarly placed co-accused, I deem it proper to apply the principle of parity and grant bail to the present petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Vikram S/o Late Satyanarayan, in connection with FIR No. 59/2026 registered at Police Station Mantown, District Sawai Madhopur, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
