At the very outset, Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to quashing of the impugned order dated 18.10.2025 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division/Fast Track Court-I, Kaushambi, in Case No. 152 of 2012 (Ram Manohar Vs. Sushila Devi & others), with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. 3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4. Certified copy be returned subject to submission of photocopy.
