In both applications For Petitioner(s): Mr.D.Muthukumar, for M/s.Paul & Paul For Respondent(s): Dr.R.Gouri, Government Counsel for R1 & R2 Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Review Applications have been filed to review the common order dated 30.08.2019 passed in WA.No.331 of 2018 and WA.No.332 of 2018. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioners would mainly contend that writ appeals included in the batch of cases are unconnected and the facts are distinguishable. Therefore, judgment sought to be reviewed cannot be applied in respect of the appellants in the writ appeals. He would further submit that he brought to the notice of this Court during the final hearing. However, by mistake, it was tagged along with the writ appeals. Therefore, the writ appeals are to be heard independently by de-linking them from the batch of writ appeals. 3. Learned Government Counsel has no serious objection to allow to review applications and to rehear the writ appeals separately. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Registry is directed to list the writ appeals for final hearing before the Bench holding roaster.
