The petitioner agreed to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) towards full and final settlement amount. The Respondent agreed to Receive the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) as full and final - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20058 CRL.RP No. 372 of 2023 settlement amount in the above case. 2. The petitioner has paid Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) Through Demand Draft Bearing No.637458 Drawn on Karnataka Bank Ltd. Mysuru, Rajendra Nagara Branch, Mysuru dated 18/03/2026. The Respondent acknowledges the receipt of the same. 3. The petitioner submits that, he has already deposited a sum of Rs.60,200/- on 26.01.2020 before the trial court, and the petitioner has no objection to release the said amount in deposit before the trial court in favour of the respondent after deducting fine amount of Rs.10,200/- to state. Wherefore the Petitioner and the Respondent pray that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to take the Joint Memo on record and dispose the above petition in terms the Joint memo in the interest of justice.” 2. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification, if not already withdrawn. 3.
