Case set out by the petitioner is that he filed a suit in the trial Court for declaration and permanent injunction in which he took a categorical stand that neither defendant No. 1 is his son, nor he is in blood relation with him. Pending adjudication, he preferred an application on 06.04.2024 in the trial Court for DNA Test to establish his biological relation with defendant No. 1. Objections in the said application were filed by respondents/defendants on 30.11.2024. 02. The short grievance projected by the petitioner is that learned trial Court has failed to dispose of said application, till date and he will be satisfied if trial Court is directed to dispose of the application within a timeframe.
