Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for more than 8 years 7 months. As such, he may be released on bail. Learned Public Prosecutor points out that after examination of Section 313 Cr.P.C. at the stage of DW, the case is being stretched and time is being consumed by the accused persons. Having considered the final stages of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1539 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
