In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: "(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, directing the respondents to release and pay all the retirement and service benefits viz., E.L.Encashment for 200 days, Revision of Pay fixation, fixation of pension, family welfare fund, BBMP Employees welfare fund and return of the original title deeds of the site deposited with the BBMP for availing house construction loan along with 12% with compound interest by considering the representation dated 09.02.2026 as per Annexure-G; (b) Direct the contesting respondents to pay the costs of these proceedings and grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice. ** 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 09.02.2026 at Annexure-G submitted to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18768 WP No. 9739 of 2026 the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 5. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 09.02.2026 at Annexure-G and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
