1. The petitioner seeks transfer.
2. Offline application for transfer made by the petitioner on 6th December, 2023 is alleged to be kept pending.
3. As it appears that the application of the petitioner was not made in the prescribed format, no order can be passed for consideration of same.
4. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh online application seeking transfer disclosing the ground for the same.
5. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest.
6. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.
