In view thereof, without going into the question whether the petitioner actually presented the document or not, the issue can be resolved by the following order:- (i) On 15.06.2026, the petitioner can present this document before the respondent / Sub Registrar, Kulithalai, Karur District, at 10:30 AM and upon presentation, the same shall be received and dealt with in the manner known to law.
