By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quashed the impugned order dated 16.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent no. 2 i.e. Additional Commissioner, Division Bilaspur, (C.G.) and affirm the order passed by the Collector Sakti dated 20.12.2022. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to affirm the order dated 20.12.2022 passed by the Collector Sakti, against no confidence motion dated 21.11.2022 u/s 21(4) passed by the S.D.O. (R) Sakti. 4 10.4 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2.
