Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, and by looking into the order sheet dated 06.07.2026, wherein both the parties have been directed to file the written arguments. 4. In that view of the matter, since the matter is in the fag end of the proceedings, I am of the view that respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of R.A.No.155/2025 within 3 months from the receipt of copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that the interim order granted by respondent No.1 on 12.09.2025 shall continue till the conclusion of the proceedings. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
