Mr. S.P.Mahanta, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. M.Lyngdoh, learned counsel has entered appearance today on behalf of all the respondents, as such, notice is complete. 2. In this application, there is 105 days delay in filing the appeal against the CESTAT Final Order dated 02-07-2025, passed in Customs Appeal No. 75381-75384 of 2021. 3. Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. C.Jala, learned counsel for the applicant has placed the application, and submits that the delay of 105 days was caused due to unavoidable reasons as examination of the 2026:MLHC:517-DB 3 matter had to proceed through different departmental levels. He prays that the delay be condoned. 4. Mr. S.P.Mahanta, learned Sr. counsel for the respondents in reply has fairly conceded and has raised no objection to the application for condonation of delay. 5. Accordingly, for the reasons shown therein, and the no objection by the respondents, the delay of 105 days is hereby condoned. 6.
