The petitioner is apprehending his arrest arrested in connection with Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025, registered for the offences under section 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 3(5) of B.N.S, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is there against the petitioner of cheating the informant and the petitioner has already returned a sum of Rs.3,30,000/- and whatever dispute is there, that is civil in nature, in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that Rs.30 lakh has been taken by the petitioner on the pretext of selling of truck and the amount has not been returned and the truck has also not been handed over to the informant. 5. Allegations are there of taking Rs.30 lakh and not handing over the truck to the informant. Thus, the intention of cheating from very 2026:JHHC:5368 2 beginning is there and Rs.30 lakh has been taken by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
