By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “a) That the retirement age of the present petitioner may kindly be ordered to be extended from 58 years to 60 years along with all consequential benefits. b) That the petitioner may kindly be allowed to work till the age of 60 years and all consequential benefits including salary, increments, pay fixation and other retirement benefits pursuant to enhanced date of retirement may also be released in favour of the petitioners.” 3. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
