By that instant petition, the petitioners are praying for the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to provide the police protection to the petitioners and also direct to see the petitioners are not harassed by anyone nor subjected to threats or acts of violence. ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 take appropriate action against the respondent no. 4 to 10. 4. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State, on instructions, submits that everything is fine and law and order situation is under control and there is no threat perception to the petitioners. 4. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the State that the law and order situation is under control and there is no threat perception to the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
