Narayana House in BK Nagar of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.161/2023-24/Gen, dated 19.10.2023, (ii) Formation of Gravel Roads from Vivekananda Reddy house to Veeraiah house, Hari house to Ramu house, Danunjaya house to Suseelamma house and Altaf house to Venkatarao house at Indiramma Housing Colony Ramalayam of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.158/2023-24/Gen dated 19.10.2023, (iii) Formation of Gravel roads at Avula Raju house to Sk.Subhani house, Annavarapu Prabhakar house to Sk. Subhani house to Areti Dhanalakshmi house, Palakeerthi Subbarao house to Mogili Balaramaiah house and Seetaramaiah house to Kammisetti Ramanaiah house and Cross Roads in BK Nagar of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.162/2023- 24/Gen dated 19.10.2023, (viii) Formation of Gravel roads from Fullaiah house to Manikala Ramanaiah house, P. Mallikarjuna house to Malakondaiah house, Jayamma house to Venkateswarareddy house and Inaganti Saritha house to Malakondaiah house in Indiramma Housing Colony Ramalayam of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement Nc.159/2023- 24/Gen dated 19.10.2023 and (ix) Formation of Gravel roads from Neelam Seenaiah house to Giri house, Nageswara rao house to V. Sumathi house, Kurapati Subrahmanyam house to Srinivasa Reddy house and Serveti Lakshmi house to Seenaiah house at Indiramma Housing Colony Ramalayam of Kavali Municipality vide Agreement No.160/2023-24/Gen dated 19.10.2023. 2. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner had completed the works entrusted to her and that the competent authority of the respondents had also approved the payments due and payable to the petitioner. The respondents have also recorded the progress of the works and the amounts due and payable to the petitioner in the M-Book. 5 3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Sri Gudapati Laxmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for the Kavali Municipality and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning. 4. During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Kavali Municipality, on written instructions, submits that the bills were approved for clearance and funds were also released by the Government for clearing the outstanding bills of the contractors. It is also submitted that further funds are awaited and, soon after the release of the funds, the bills due and payable to the petitioner shall be cleared. 5. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to verify and release the payments due and payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
