Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs in this writ petition:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to give admission to the petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief (s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be granted in favour of the petitioner together with the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition for direction to the respondents to give admission to the petitioner in BA (Journalism and Mass Communication) for academic year 2021-2022, the writ petition may have rendered infructuous because the writ petition is pending since 2021. 3. As there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge gouri
