Mahto, Advocate ---- 2/07.04.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhiaon P.S. Case No.97 of 2025, for offence registered under section 85, 80, 61(2) of BNS, 2023, pending before learned ACJM, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be aunt in-law of the deceased and the case is registered under section 85,80, 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and other family members have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos. 5179 of 2025, 5332 of 2025, 5542 of 2025 and 5755 of 2025 as contained in Annexure-2 series. She next submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR however subsequently her name has surfaced in the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in course of the investigation. 5. Considering that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the petitioner is said to be aunt in- law of the deceased, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
