The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the FIR No.35 dated 22.01.2026 under Sections 406, 420 IPC/Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Suraj Kund, District Faridabad along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a compromise dated 08.04.2026 (Annexure P2) 2. On 08.07.2026, the petitioner had undertaken to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the complainant on the next date of hearing i.e. 14.07.2026. However, the said payment has not been made. 3. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed. 4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
