The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Act VIII Case No. 06 of 2025, under Section 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 from the Court of learned Court of District Judge, Birbhum to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Haldia, Purba Medinipur. 2. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides with her child at Village- Teghoria, P.O.— Domdoma, P.S.- Suri, District- Birbhum, PIN- 731 101. 3. On the other hand the husband/opposite party resides at Village- Sonthsal, P.O.- Makdamanagar, P.S.- Md Bazar Circle, Suri, District-Birbhum, PIN- 731 127. 4. Considering the fact that the ordinary place of residence of the child is at Suri, Birbhum this Court relying upon an order dated 27.03.2026 in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors. directs that Act VIII Case no. 2 06 of 2025 be withdrawn from the learned Court of District Judge, Birbhum and be transferred to the learned Additional District Judge, Haldia, Purba Medinipur. 5. The learned District Judge, Suri, Birbhum shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 6. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned District Judge, Birbhum at Suri shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 7. CO 2192 of 2026 stands disposed of. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court for immediate compliance. [Shampa Dutt (Paul). J]
