The matter is listed for orders on the letter dated 21.07.2026 received from the First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur (C.G.), seeking extension of time for disposal of Civil Matrimonial Case (CMC) No. 55/2022 (Vijay Gwalani Vs. While passing the order dated 14.01.2026 in FA(MAT) No. 288/2023, this Court had directed the concerned Family Court to conclude and dispose of Civil Matrimonial Case (CMC) No. 55/2022 within a period of six months. However, the proceedings could not be concluded within the stipulated period. By the aforesaid letter, the learned Family Court has sought extension of time for disposal of the said case. 3. Having considered the request made by the learned Family Court, this Court finds the same to be genuine. Accordingly, a further period of two months from today is granted to the concerned Court to conclude and dispose of Civil Matrimonial Case (CMC) No. 55/2022. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted. 4. The concerned Family Court shall make all endeavours to conclude and dispose of the case within the extended period. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order forthwith to the concerned Court for information and necessary compliance. 5. The present MCC stands disposed of accordingly.
