By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.248/2019 registered with Police Station Dabi, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 418, 406, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after investigation, the Police has submitted Final Report (Negative) in the impugned FIR on 07.06.2022 before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Talera District Bundi by finding the case of civil nature and the same was also accepted on 07.02.2024 by the concerned court. Considering the above, this criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 4.
