The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu (W.B) PS Case No.149 of 2025, for offence registered under section 281, 189(2), 189(4), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 76 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned ACJM, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and in spite of that, the police is searching the petitioner. He next submits that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6304 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioner is a student and is aspirant for a job and to buttress such argument, he refers to Annexure-8 which is the Railway Recruitment Board’s Admit Card. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there. 5. In the FIR the name of the petitioner has not been inserted and there are general and omnibus allegations of assault and the co- accused person has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the instant case, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
