Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Even though the present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction on Opp. party Nos.4 & 5 to sanction the family pension in favour of the Petitioner, being the wife of the deceased employee, but since it is found that there is no application being made by the Petitioner in the prescribed format, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction, as prayed for. However, it is open for the Petitioner to make the application before the competent authority. 4. It is observed that if any such application in the prescribed format will be filed within a period of 3(three) weeks hence, the said authority shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of 4 (four) months from the date of receipt of such application in the prescribed format. 5.
