JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.No.191/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. It is an admitted fact that charges have been framed and trial is in progress. In the light of the said circumstance, there is no warrant for interference at the hands of this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010684182025 NC: 2026:KHC:37149 CRL.P No. 14553 of 2025 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the witnesses are not appearing before the Court and the trial is not continuing further. 4. In the light of the said circumstance, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the subject proceeding, within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier, in accordance with law. 5. It is needless to observe that the concerned Court shall pass necessary orders, if in the event, witnesses are not appearing before the Court. 6.
