This is a civil writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate action after taking note of the alleged illegal operation of ready-mix concrete plant of respondent No.6. 2. A perusal of the paper book would show that the petitioner had earlier filed a PIL-petition bearing CWP-PIL-87-2026 in which the following order was passed by the coordinate Division Bench: “1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to revisit the Court in case the grievance remains unaddressed. 2. With aforesaid liberty, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
