The affidavit of service filed today is kept on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the order of August 4, 2026, which he has assailed in this writ petition. However, he has also preferred a review petition in respect of the said order, which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2 since March 2026. 3. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, has exercised his option and elected to proceed with the review. 4. In view thereof, the respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of the review petition as expeditiously as possible preferably by October 15, 2026. 5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the review application. All points to be urged as taken in the review petition are kept open. 2 6. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
