Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 308(3) , 3(5) of BNS 2023 . 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner assaulted informant by means of knife and also caused firearms injury to informant, as a result of which informant sustained injuries. Petitioner has got 3 criminal antecedents. 4.
