In this Petition, the petitioners have sought for appointment of the Arbitrator based on Clause-14 of the Partnership Deed dated 19.06.1995. In this regard, a perusal of the reply dated 01.08.2022 (Annexure-Q) by the respondent No.1 would indicate that the respondent No.1 has not consented for the appointment of the nominee by the petitioner No.1 herein. 3. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration that the resolution of the dispute between the parties has to be made by the Arbitrator, Sri. N.B. Kulkarni, retired District Judge is appointed to act as a Sole Arbitrator in the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru as per the extant Rules. 4.
