Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for more than 8 months and charge sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Having considered the materials appearing from the case diary, the complicity of all the petitioners cannot be ruled out. However, the accused expired after 2 months of the incident. Having regard to the same, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Accordingly, Petitioners, namely, (1) Radha Naskar, (2) Adhir Naskar, (3) Tapas Naskar @ Bhole, (4) Dipak Naskar @ Gopal shall furnish bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of Learned CJM, Howrah. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date fixed before the learned Trial Court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of District of Howrah without the prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
Accordingly, CRM (M) 1540 of 2026 is allowed.
Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
