1. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused- petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No. 15/2024 registered at Police Station Bari, District Dholpur for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; he is in custody since
08.04.2026. He further submits that the alleged offence(s) is triable by Magistrate; there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner. He further submits that co-accused persons namely Amit, Sandeep Singh and Bhagwati Prasad have been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide orders dated 27.03.2026 in S.B.Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application Nos.3448/2026, 3450/2026 & 3755/2026 respecitvely; conclusion of trial may take a long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind the bars and, therefore,
[2026:RJ-JP:17205] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6292/2026] prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the bail application.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that petitioner is behind the bars 08.04.2026; there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner; co-accused persons namely Amit, Sandeep Singh and Bhagwati Prasad have been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court; trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioner Ravikant S/o Shri Dongar Singh is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
6. The observation made hereinabove is only for decision of the instant bail application and would not have any impact on the trial of the case in any manner.
