In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the order dated 02.08.2023 (Annexure-N) inter-alia sought for direction to respondent No. 3 to issue Pouti Khata in the name of the petitioners in respect of subject land. 3. Having Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the impugned order dated 02.08.2023 at Annexure- N, would indicate that, the respondent No.4 herein, got right over the property in question based on the registered Sale Deeds produced at Annexure- R1, R2 - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010014822024 NC: 2026:KHC:37578 WP No. 1179 of 2024 and R3 respectively. Mutation has been effected as per Annexures- R4 to R17. In that view of the matter, the khata has been effected based on the registered Sale Deeds, and therefore, I am of the opinion that, impugned order dated 02.08.2023 (Annexure-N) is just and proper and does not call interference of this Court.
