2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the Assistant Commissioner, Tumkur Sub-Division passing an order on 19.03.2018 setting aside the earlier decision of the Committee which had rejected the application filed by the petitioner, with a direction to reconsider the application, subsequently no orders have been passed by the Committee. The prayer therefore is to issue necessary directions to the Committee for regularization of unauthorized occupation to reconsider the application in terms of the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner.
3. Having regard to the contentions raised by the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off, with a direction to first respondent Tahsildar, Tumkur Taluk to place the application of the petitioner before the Committee for regularization of unauthorized occupation within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. The committee shall thereafter consider the application in terms of the directions issued
