This Bail Application under Section 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 has been filed to release the petitioner on regular bail in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 275 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) / 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, pending before the Court of learned Sub - Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Perused the materials available on record and also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 4. It is alleged in the FIR by the informant that her husband has been killed while they were travelling to Sundil. Later on during investigation, the informant was also made an accused as it is the case of the prosecution that she has conspired and as a result of the said conspiracy, the accused has committed murder of the husband of the informant. 5. So far as this petitioner is concerned save and except the confessional statement of the co-accused, there is no material against the petitioner. Further, several co-accused persons of similar nature namely, Ronit Kujur, Pawan Lakra, Suman Sagar Kujur @ Suman Sagar and Pradeep Kujur have been granted bail (2026:JHHC:4717) 2 by co-ordinate benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid submissions, I am inclined to allow this bail application. 6. Accordingly, this Bail application is allowed. The petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 13 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 275 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub - Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his / her name within the State of Jharkhand.
