Attention of the Court has been drawn to the statement of the victim under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. as well as the medical which has been done in support of the case. Having considered the aforesaid two documents, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M)2478 of 2025 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
