JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer the Khata of the schedule property in the name of petitioners by considering the representation/application made by the petitioners dated 17.08.2022, 07.12.2022 and 02.02.2023 produced at Annexures 'G' to 'K'. 2. Heard Sri. Yatish M.H., learned counsel on behalf of Sri. Mohan M.S., appearing for petitioners; Sri. V. Vishwanath Shetty, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3(a) to 3(f). 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30035 WP NO.11860 OF 2023 representation dated 17.08.2022 (Annexure-G), it is forthcoming that the Khata in respect of the schedule property has been changed in favour of one Muniyamma illegally and therefore, petitioners are seeking change of the same in their favour. Therefore, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioners have to challenge the change of Khata made in favour of Muniyamma before the competent authority.
