Learned State Counsel raises an objection on the ground that petitioner is having alternate efficacious remedy of appeal to challenge the impugned order under clause 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the efficacious alternate remedy of appeal under the law. 3.
